Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and glamorous in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment in its original branded packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
